Το έργο αφορά την αποκατάσταση ενός διώροφου διατηρητέου κτηρίου (1920) με συνολικό εμβαδόν 162 μέτρων.. Με κριτηριο την μετεπειτα λειτουργια του (ως ξενοδοχειακό κατάλυμα) καθως και την ιδιαιτερη τοποθεσια του (ενετικό λιμάνι των Χανίων) κριναμε σκόπιμο να γίνουν αρχιτεκτονικές επεμβάσεις.
Η φιλοσοφία και η έμπνευση μας να καταργήσουμε τα όρια ανάμεσα στο κλασικό και στο μοντέρνο επικράτησαν τόσο στον σχεδιασμό του κτιρίου όσο και στην διαμόρφωση όλων των χώρων.
